Intake Appointment (50 Minutes) - $200 per intake

Individual Counseling (50 Minutes)- $175 per session

Couples and Family Therapy (50 Minutes) - $200 per session

I provide opportunities for sliding-scale fees upon request.

I accept debit or credit card payments for services. 

Insurance

I can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to verify how much they will reimburse out of network. You would be responsible for paying at the time of service and any amount that is reimbursed would be sent directly to you by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24-hour notice for cancellation. You will be charged the full fee for any cancellation of less than 24-hours. Excessive cancellations will result in termination of services. I require you to put a Credit card on file for out-of-pocket costs including any copay, deductibles, late cancellations, or any other fees not covered by insurance. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment.
